5.45 am. On the positive side I have crossed the boundary of 3 sleeping cycles. Yes, did approximately 4 times 1,5 hours last night. On the negative side it seems that this stylish condo has one big downside: there is a near constant electrical humming sound at night (sort of a fridge cooling itself), 5 minutes on, 5 minutes off. It's like falling in love with a beauty queen that snores like a dockworker. See if I can get used to it.
Started with the most difficult part of my book, the early sixties. Difficult because I haven't got that much information on the years 60-65 with me. Will get better when turning to the late sixties. But I wanted to start at the beginning. Have a feeling though that after returning I will have to dive into some Dutch libraries to really get that part going. Ordered some books on Amazon, they will help me with Orrin Klapp's theory of the opening and closing of people's minds. 60-65 was a closed period, 65-70 a very open one. Feels good to be able to write now. See how the next few days go, if I can get myself to work for a few hours on a stretch. And to get someone to fix the internet connection. Can get to this log though, but not into my mail. Hmm, technology, it never fails to amaze me.
